Spring is Here!?!?!

Spring is here?!?!....well at least it was at the Philadelphia Flower Show. Matthew went to his first flower show on Saturday with Norma Browne, Mommy and Daddy.
We had a great day seeing all the different flowers and wishing for Springtime to come real soon!

Learning His Lesson

Apparently Matthew did not learn his lesson from last week. Despite his fall last week, Matthew loves the stairs. He loves looking up at the staircase when the gate is in place and loves trying to figure out how to get around the gate. But, if the gate is not in place, WATCHOUT! He heads right there and goes even faster when he knows your coming after him. Most of all he loves climbing all the stairs whenever he gets a chance with Mommy's or Daddy's supervision!

New Things

This week has been a week of new things for us.....

* We moved to our new house.
* Matthew learned how to maneuver on hardwood floors.
* Matthew learned a new skill of climbing up the stairs.
* Matthew has his first fall down the stairs.
* Matthew met a police man and got his trading card.
* Mommy and Matthew both had their first ride in an ambulance.
* Mommy and Matthew went to Grand View Hospital Emergency Room for the first time.
* Matthew had his first CAT Scan.

Some of these new/first things we are appreciative of while the others we could have passed on....but, fortunately, Matthew is okay and only has a bump on his head. As the EMS worker told me, "Boys will be boys!" and it probably wouldn't be our last trip to Grand View! Can't wait!

Boxes and Boxes!

Our house is full of boxes...most of which are filled and ready for our move to PA this weekend.
But one box was filled with our most precious belonging!

Getting Around

Matthew is an old pro at crawling but now he's learned how to pull himself up and "cruise!" He loves to pull himself up on anything he can reach and when he does he is very proud.

Ben's One!

On Sunday, we celebrated Ben's first birthday! Matthew enjoyed attending his first birthday party and playing with his cousin. Happy Birthday Ben!

Christmas #3 on New Years Day?

We were supposed to celebrate Christmas #3 with the Myers' family on New Year's Day. But, plans changed when Daryn/Daddy had to have emergency gallbladder surgery. So, instead, we celebrated Christmas with Grandma, Poppop, Uncle Doug, Aunt Aimee, Ben, Uncle Drew and Aunt Vanessa this past Sunday.

Christmas Week in Florida

Matthew liked the sand and didn't even mind it in his mouth. But, he wasn't too happy about the cooler water which was about 74 degrees.
