Harleysville Fair

On Friday, we went to the Harleysville Fair to see what it was like. It was a first for all three of us. Matthew had his first ride on the Merry Go Round a.k.a. Hobby Horses!
He wasn't sure what it was all about but was busy taking it all in.

Fun with Dirt

This past Saturday, Matthew helped create a garden area. He loved playing in the dirt!

The Day After

On Sunday, the weather was beautiful. Matthew was able to spend time playing with his new sandbox with Grandpop and Nana.

We all enjoyed time outside.





We enjoyed spending lots of time with family and are sad that they had to go home.
Aunt Jen tried to take fit Matthew in her suitcase to take him home with her.

First Birthday Party

Matthew's ONE!

One year has come and gone. Matthew is no longer a baby. He has entered the toddler realm. We can't believe that one year ago he was so tiny and so dependent. Now, he is his own little person and thinks he is a BIG BOY!
It has been a blessing for us to be his parents. We love watching him grow and develop each and every day. He has taught us so much!
God, bless Matthew with a healthy life and help us to continue to be positive examples and to teach him your ways!

Matthew's Walking

Matthew has been "cruising" around furniture since January and this past month he took a step or two by himself here and there. But, we told him he couldn't walk until his Nana and Grandpop saw him crawl first. So he waited for them to visit and today, on his 1st Birthday, he took lots of steps!

Mandy and Joe's Wedding

This past weekend we had the opportunity to go to Mandy and Joe's Wedding. Aunt Jen, Uncle Clay, Nana and Grandpop were here for the wedding and we all enjoyed the time together.

Everyday Matthew enjoys going down to the basement to see Poppop and see what's different.
Today he climbed the ladder to inspect the work.

We went to the park today to enjoy the warm weather. After a nice walk Matthew had his very first swing ride!
