It's A Boy!

Our second son, Nathaniel Wilson Myers, was very anxious to come into the world on Monday, May 4, 2009! At 9:30pm, Nathan was delivered via emergency c-section, weighing 4lbs 1.5 oz and 17 1/2 inches long. This past week has been very emotional as he was borm premature at 32 weeks and is in the NICU of the hospital. Please pray that he will continue to grow stronger and gain strength so that we may soon be able to bring him home!

Matthew's 2nd Birthday!

On May 2nd, 2009, Matthew turned two years old! We can't believe where the time has gone. He no longer is a little baby or a toddler...he's our little man! Matthew has taught us so much over the last two years and we look forward to all that he will teach us this coming year. We are so thankful for him!
On Matthew's birthday we went to North Jersey to visit Uncle Doug, Aunt Aimee and Ben and to meet Matthew's newest cousin, Will! Matthew enjoyed blowing out the candles on his "Choo Choo" cake and then enjoyed eating it! We had a great day!

Big Boy Bed

On May 1, 2009 we transitioned Matthew to a "Big Boy Bed" in preparation for our new arrival. So far, Matthew has done really well sleeping in his "Truck" bed! (Knock on Wood!)

Easter 2009

We had a really nice Easter. Matthew especially enjoyed exploring his Easter basket, egg hunting, eating candy and visiting with family.

Please Touch!

It seems as if we are always telling Matthew not to touch one thing or another when we are out...but yesterday was a different story. We went to the PLEASE TOUCH MUSEUM and encouraged Matthew to tough everything! He had a blast! He loved driving the cars, truck, train, and Septa bus as well as going to the grocery store! There was so much to see and do. We can't wait until we can go back again. Here are some pictures of our day and a slide show follows.

After the carousel ride, Matthew got upset because he didn't want to get off...he wanted to stay on and ride again.
